long awaited... yet been busy!

just before we go for our weekly appointment, finally i have the chance to update our blog despite my wife 52 is also busy updating her cooking blog. just came back from the friday prayers. and i smell my wife cooking corned beef.

i've been busy for this week despite a lot of work to be done even at home! so i had no time to write here. but i'll just summarise my week for today. the important thing that happened to me from last week was that i lost my pendrive, been searching for it, asked a lot of people.. i don't mind losing my pendrive hence i can buy one more but the 3 years work in it was my main loss!!alhamdullillah finally one of my cousins accidently brought my pendrive which is metallic and flashy! (bought it at the mall when there was a cpu exibition for 28 dollars).

about food me and 52 kinda like riding to "taman selera" in bsb to try out the food. i can't remember the company name but i remembered the first time when me and my sis bought her cockles (kerang) when the pasar malam was behind the chinese shrine back in the 1990's anyhows last night i was stunned to taste their sambal tahai which is dried small fish crushed and fried into a paste (hence sambal) nyum! it was soo nyaman.

52 now is experementing with egg tarts and cupcakes. yep absolutely yummy cek her blog spot for more pics. i helped her design the cupcakes with the icing.grrr!!! its 2 already and we have to go!!! ok guys c ya in the next blog and next time i'll take pictures of babu's sambal and kerang :).

what is the perfect story for life? think of it as a scene beside the beach, looking from the window in a perfect scenery of your hotel room or just simply looking at the mystics of a flower how it grows from seed to stem to bud to flower to seed. yep that is the function of life, from in the womb to a baby to toddler to teenager to mature to old and back again to nothing.

sometimes the simple things in life are not heard, where actually god gives you messages indirectly, simply we sometimes hear and ignore. perhaps when i tell you after this, hopefully you begin to realise it. that is why in the quran humans are made to be all perfect, the brain somehow is perfect to learn and master.it is the function of being human we are given to judge and feel about the right thing in life. in general we have the ability to think of what is good and what is not.

simple things are made for us to think about it, like the stones in the ground, although it is hard it stays in the ground but it's function is to be stepped on, building bigger buildings, we all need it and everything has a purpose, that is why it was created. like us as people what is our function? well you guess... just get more time to think about it though

and now i've run out of ideas c ya in the next blog.

When no fun becomes to Fun donuts but NO FUN PRICE?….

Yep I forgot to tell about yesterday, my sister inlaws bought for us the fun donuts!!! Yep hooray for her. She said to mention her name in this blog (Sharon*tut*) hhahahha thanks for buying us the fun donuts… coming to think of it??? Hmmm is $1.20 too costly for a donut???. I would imagine a plain donut will cost around 60 cents with big sugar and stuff. Just wish for the future that the donut won’t be that costly though. i know the soft and tenderness of the donut bread seems irresistible but for being a favourite donut will certainly be a pain in the buck!!! Eventhough you know you can’t get enough!!!.

I was hoping when I came there, the donuts will be like $1 per piece, but I guess I’ll leave that to the box which is cheaper than the donuts hehhehe I thought the box was edible hahahha.52 even said that the oreo donuts has a lot of frosting and the oreo cookie without the filling was used. So it seems that the donut is a “oreo cookie donut”. Whereas the original white cream in the middle of the oreo sandwich I think is not used ( I think they want to promote against diabetes). But anyhows I think it is a pure Bruneian product… and I support the invention or innovations under my flag!!!. The only problem that all the donuts are expensive for a piece of soft dough and flavourings. please anyone in fun donuts. Can the price be reasonable where everyone can pay, the less, the moderate and the rich..

I hope my Favourite FUN DONUTS have FUN Prices!!! Amiin.

has this ever happen to you, you started to like something in the internet and would like to purchase, then there is the ordering blues which takes a lot of links just to inqure about the products you want to buy. then the last minute, it actually complies to us residents such as trying the free new dell xps... it was in my hotmail. ( i thought it was a good deal having it for free) hehh

anyhows 52 is baking some cookies and it is what i'm addicted to eat right now :)

anyhows the rainy day today is makingme shiver. now i'm in a friends house and the aircon is soo cold grrrrrr.


then we went to 52's uncle restaurant in tanjong maya tutong. i tried the lambchop which was not in the menu it was a requested plate and really yummy!!! and now i can feel the heat coming off my body hehheh it's good despite the cold days..



now i'm typing this blog from home...gtg to sleep got work 2morrow.

to all the readers. me and my wife finally decided to rant about the things we do in life. so expect things such as ratings of restaurants or foods, life, music, movies, motorbike stuffs, 4x4, automotive, cooking, animals, plants well you know? those things that usually happens in life.
there will be two writers in this blog, where you'll see 73(husband/dad) and 52(wife/mom).

the story today
let's start in the evening, me and my wife decided to go to Fun Donuts, coz my wife started to crave for their donuts!!!!yep, blame me, i was the one wit the big mouth mentioning Fun donuts!!! which now makes me NUTS! (yesterday we went there riding and only got their cheese donuts!! which suxxs coz i wanted to taste their oreo ones!)now my wife is pestering me saying my blog is like office typing hahhahaand now she is saying erm it's ok plng. anyhows back to the donut story... yeah we went there around 8 something and i waited in front of the yayasan while my wife went to the shop hoping to buys some donuts.

hello all. this is the wife typing heheehe so yea still unhappy wiv the NO fun donuts.. craving to taste each bits of it. my sister told me that the oreo is the most famous.

yep about the fun donuts... yeah finally when 52 came to the place she said "I didn't even smell the dough cooking!!!" and the shop was closed ;( . so still craving for the donuts we decided to have substitute to our donut cravings!!! hmmm seems like a good idea!!! :P. so we went to Batu Bersurat place and stopped by a bakery shop named "bakery stop or was it breadstop" anyhows we bought two donuts with choclate rice on it imagining it is the choclaty taste of the oreo hahahhaha. anyhow still i guess the oreo donuts at fun donuts rock!!! a pity 52 haven't taste it though..
