my recipe: asparagus AND tuna

well ths actually happened on the 30th of april where i was bored. i started to cook something which i always enjoy, simple yet tasty.

yep it is asparagus and canned tuna in olive oil.

first i cut some garlic in small pieces, then open the can of tuna and use the oil where the garlic will be cooked first, then depending on the size of the asparagus, if it is bigger than your pinky finger, i advice anynone to cook it first then the tuna. which is in my case yep, i cooked the asparagus first and then mix in the tuna chunks in. put in some black pepper and some regular pepper for taste....

observe the asparagus turns to greenish (dark) i guess you can also smell the asparagus when it is cooked.

for the base i melted some butter on a non-stick pan then mixed some pepper ans salt on the scrambled egg, cooked it on the pan then transferred it on the plate, and put the tuna and asparagus on it. the butter egg, gives a twist on blending the taste with the asparagus and tuna.
